• Power: 3–5 kW/desk provision
• Data: multiple Cat 6A drops per desk, dual redundancy
• AV: trader consoles, Bloomberg terminals, multiple monitors
• Cooling: 2–3× standard office cooling load
• Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) connection
• Acoustic control despite dense occupancy
• Resilience — N+1 redundancy on critical systems

Out-of-hours delivery

Trading floors cannot close. Fit-out proceeds 6pm–6am with segregated phases, dust-sealed hoardings, and full restoration to trading-ready state before 6:30am market open.
