What response SLAs do you offer?

1-hour, 4-hour and 24-hour tiers for reactive attendance. Critical response (water leak, power loss, security) always defaults to the 1-hour tier regardless of contract level.

Do you provide a CAFM portal?

Yes — every contract includes client access to our CAFM system with live job tickets, asset register, compliance certificates and spend reports.

Who handles L8 and EICR testing?

In-house. Our water hygiene and NICEIC teams deliver all statutory testing and certification; records live in the CAFM portal.

Can you cover multiple sites under one contract?

Yes. We support multi-site portfolios across London with a single PM, consolidated reporting and shared engineer pool.

How do you price PPM — per sqft or per asset?

We cost-load the PPM calendar from the asset register, then present it as a cost-per-sqft number for ease of comparison. The underlying price is per-asset and transparent.
